I’ve spent my career operating in two demanding worlds.

For more than two decades in corporate leadership, and over seventeen years coaching  business owners and leaders, I continue to work with people navigating growth, complexity, and high pressure environments.

Through my work with leaders and exposure to business practices around the world, I’ve seen what drives high performing teams, what stalls growth, and how bold decisions create breakthroughs.

Alongside this work, another powerful influence has shaped how I think about leadership and business- the African bush.

Observing wildlife behaviour and natural systems reveals something remarkable: nature is not only beautiful- it’s a masterclass in leadership, strategy, adaptability and survival.

The same principles that determine survival in the wild often determine success in business.

This insight inspired my book, Bush Lessons 4 Business-Unlocking Your Possibility, and ultimately led to the creation of the Kruger MBBA experience.
